Welcome to Digi's Router Migration guide. This guide is designed to assist you in migrating from Digi WR11, WR11XT, WR21, WR31, WR41, WR44, WR44R or WR44RR routers to Digi Accelerated Linux (DAL) operating system-based routers.

If you require assistance with a single configuration section or are having an issue in configuring your new router, please contact Digi Tech Support. Support personnel will be able to provide guidance on setup and configuration.

If you need more extensive configuration assistance and migration support, Digi's Professional Services team can provide a quote for services. Professional Services offers the ability to build a full working DAL configuration from your current router's setup. Also, we can assist in implementation, provide application development, as well as site surveys and recommendations for successful deployment.

To get started, download the current debug.txt file from your router and upload into the form below. Privacy and security are important to Digi; your debug.txt file will not be saved or stored. Please see our Privacy and Terms for more information.

NOTE: This migration guide works for the debug.txt file from the Digi routers listed above. It does not work with configurations from other models of Digi routers.
